Resume / Public version

Muhammad Sibghat Ullah

Blockchain Solution Architect & Engineering Lead. A typeset public version of the resume. The PDF is available for download; the HTML version omits the phone number.

I architect and lead production blockchain solutions — system design, security models, implementation, infrastructure, and the engineering teams that ship them.

Experience

TEKHQS

Lead Blockchain Engineer

  • Lead RYT Chain and RYT Wallet — in-house products at TEKHQS. Public product surface: ryt.io. Non-custodial wallet with MPC key management and DID, on an in-house Layer-1 built for institutional and civic rails.
  • Architected RWA issuance and transfer on Canton: Daml contracts, isolated wallet origin, threshold signing, and an attested remote signer. Client name withheld.
  • Directed R&D into MPC-based custody and threshold cryptography for institutional-grade digital-asset security, and into zk-rollup identity models for privacy-preserving on-chain authentication.
  • Set division engineering standards — CI/CD, modular microservices, and secure development practices — while mentoring blockchain engineers and running solution-design workshops with stakeholders.

Ferrum Network

Senior Blockchain Engineer

  • Architected MultiSwap Alpha — a cross-chain swap system that unifies token exchange across multiple blockchain networks into a single infrastructure layer.
  • Built and deployed bridge and staking infrastructure for the Algorand Foundation, plus Glitter Finance staking infrastructure on Algorand.
  • Defined the POKT Network cross-bridge architecture for asset and message bridging across heterogeneous networks.
  • Implemented a Casper Labs communication layer for bidirectional asset transfer between Casper and external blockchain ecosystems.
  • Created the Linear Release Engine, an on-chain vesting protocol that has vested roughly $10M worth of tokens through structured, auditable release schedules.
  • Engineered the core integration layer for cross-chain communication, established a microservices architecture for blockchain infrastructure, and contributed to technical hiring.

ECS

Blockchain Instructor

  • Developed curricula covering blockchain fundamentals, dApps, smart contracts, and DeFi.
  • Mentored engineers of varying skill levels on Ethereum, Solidity, and Web3.js, and ran workshops on production Web3 use cases.

OptimusFox

Blockchain Engineer

  • Worked with senior engineers on complex corporate blockchain projects spanning research, design, and delivery.
  • Maintained server-side applications and business logic for blockchain-based digital payment systems, and defined data-protection practices for client work.
